The Pitch in Plain Words
Everyone already pays for power. Forever.
A power bill has no end date. It never gets paid off, and the rate is not in your control. That is the deal everyone is already in.
Solar converts that open-ended bill into a one-time investment. For most rural properties the system pays for itself in about seven to eight years. For a corporation it is often five to six. Ask us and we will run the real numbers for the specific property.
After payback, the equipment keeps producing for the remaining 25 to 30 plus years of its life. The system is paying the power bill from then on.
If rates double over the next ten years, the neighbours pay double. A paid-off system keeps producing at the same cost it did the day the loan cleared: nothing.
Why Rural Wins
In the city, maybe half of homes can do this well. Out here, almost everyone can.
City properties
Roughly 30 to 50 percent of city homes have a south-facing roof plane big enough for their usage. Trees, neighbouring houses, and complicated rooflines rule out the rest.
Rural properties
On farms and acreages it is the high 90s. Open land means a ground mount is always an option. Shops, barns, and outbuildings add roof space, and traditional roof shapes are simple and unshaded.
What a good setup looks like
A south-facing roof plane with no shade, a large shop or barn roof, or open ground near the meter. Southeast to southwest still works well. If you are not sure, send it anyway. The assessment is free.

Anyone complaining about their power bill or their rate.
Farms and acreages with a shop, barn, or several outbuildings.
Anyone planning a new build, a shop, or an electrical panel upgrade.
Business owners and incorporated farms. Payback is usually faster for a corporation, and we can walk them through why.
Anyone who asks you whether solar actually works in Alberta. It does, and we will show them their own numbers.
Keep It Easy
You never need to quote, size, or promise anything.
Do not quote prices. Every property is different and we price from the actual bill and the actual site.
Do not promise timelines. We confirm those with the client directly.
Do not oversell. "These guys will run your numbers for free" is the whole job.
